When calling or texting, please include the nature of your emergency and current location, as well as the make/model/color of your vehicle. An approximated ETA will be sent to you via text.

Be prepared to show identification and/or proof of ownership when the tech arrives.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

•Severely damaged or derelict vehicles
•Inability to prove ownership
•Suspected impairment due to drug or alcohol use
•Domestic disturbances
•Calls from outside of our service radius
